AppMCP — backendless local pairing

A fully static app: no server, no login, no token endpoint — state lives in localStorage. There is no backend to mint a credential, so the page asks your own bridge to pair (mode: 'local-pairing'). The bridge approves, grants the user tier only, and you drive it from Claude Desktop. See DESIGN §12.6.
